2. Information processed

We process account and contact details, households and relationships, birth date and optionally time and place, calculated chart facts and interpretations, private documents, order and subscription metadata, consent history and limited security logs. KinCosmos does not store card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Account, delivery, payment and active subscriptions are processed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations. Birth data and the astrological profile are processed on the consent collected during onboarding. Optional marketing requires separate consent. Security data is processed under the legitimate interest in secure operations.

Astrological interpretations are not used for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Other people and children

Information about another person may be submitted only when the customer has the right to do so and informs them appropriately. A child's data requires a parent or guardian acting in the child's interest.

5. Providers and transfers

Limited-purpose provider categories include hosting, database and login, payments, email, location lookup, astrological calculation, analytics and review collection. Once a universe has been delivered, a name, email address and order number may be shared with Trustpilot so Trustpilot can send one neutral invitation to review the purchase and delivery experience. Google Analytics is used only on public pages after voluntary consent. Only necessary fields are shared. Transfers outside the EU/EEA require a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate supplementary measures.

6. Cookies and local storage

Necessary local storage remembers your analytics choice. Google Analytics loads only after acceptance. Private account and universe pages are not measured. Read the full cookie and analytics description and change your choice at any time.

7. Retention and rights

Unpaid drafts are deleted after 90 days of inactivity once the retention job is active. Active universes are kept while the account is active. Legally required payment and accounting records are limited and kept for the required period. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent.
