2. The product

KinCosmos delivers a private digital reflection product based on birth information supplied by the customer. Delivery may include an interactive universe and a PDF. It is not scientific advice, treatment, diagnosis, therapy or a guarantee about people, relationships or future events.

3. Customer responsibility

The customer must disclose uncertainty, have the right to submit information about other people, and be a parent or guardian when submitting a child's data. Sign-in credentials and private links must not be shared.

4. Price, payment and subscription

The total price, tax status and add-ons are shown before payment. Stripe processes payment. Annual Outlooks and weekly horoscope plans renew only when the customer actively selects a subscription in Checkout. KinCosmos sends notice about 14 days before an annual renewal. A subscription can be cancelled from the KinCosmos account; cancellation stops the next renewal while paid access continues until the period end date.

5. Delivery

Delivery is digital to the customer's private library. The weekly horoscope is produced no more than one week ahead and provides seven daily readings in the universe. The account owner receives one complete email on Monday morning; verified family members may optionally receive their own weekly email. The expected delivery time is shown at checkout. Emails contain links rather than sensitive document attachments.

6. Withdrawal and digital delivery

Distance sales generally carry a 14-day withdrawal right. Before personalized digital content is delivered during that period, the customer must actively request immediate delivery and separately acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once delivery has begun. These choices are recorded before payment and confirmed on a durable medium. This does not limit statutory rights if the product is defective or not as agreed.

7. Errors, corrections and licence

Errors against verified input are corrected in a new traceable version. The customer receives a personal, non-exclusive right to read and save the delivery for private use. Statutory rights concerning defects are not limited.

8. Governing law and complaints

Danish law applies while preserving mandatory consumer rights in the customer's country of residence. Contact KinCosmos first through the customer channel above. If no solution is found, the relevant complaint body can be identified through Forbrug.dk; where no specialist board applies, eligible complaints may be submitted to the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints at the Danish House of Committees.
